DUEBEE

DueBee is a young, innovative SaaS startup company based in South Tyrol, Italy. It develops a digital platform specifically designed for HoReCa wholesalers and food distributors, replacing traditional, analog processes related to ordering, inventory management, and billing with an automated, connected solution.

PROJECT

The software digitizes and automates the entire ordering process – from order capture and inventory management to invoicing and delivery tracking – and consolidates all workflows into a single, central digital dashboard instead of relying on phone calls, email, or WhatsApp.

In addition, AI-driven features are used to enable, among other things, predictive demand planning and the optimization of inventory levels. The goal is to significantly increase operational efficiency, reduce sources of error, lower the workload in customer service, and improve liquidity through faster payment cycles.

The project targets the many traditional HoReCa wholesalers who still operate largely with manual processes and supports them in transitioning to a modern, digitized way of doing business.
